All sales are final upon payment.  Our products are made to order so please make your selection carefully.  We do not accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind, make a wrong decision or decide that you don’t like the design, style, color, material or other aesthetic feature.

We warrant that our products shall be free from manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 60 days after delivery (the “Warranty Period”).  If there is a manufacturing defect, you may return the goods for refund within the Warranty Period.  For warranty claims, please follow this link here for instructions.  Shipping of goods for return shall be at your cost.

Our warranty does not cover any damage or defect to the extent caused by (i) improper repairs or alterations, misuse, neglect or accident, (ii) exposure to corrosive materials or (iii) normal wear and tear.

The duration of the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose shall be limited to the Warranty Period.
